1. Acceptance of terms

By using any Good Line app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility & accounts

The apps are intended for merchants and drivers authorized by Good Line. Accounts are created and managed by us. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for authorized business purposes only, subject to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Enter accurate, truthful shipment data.
• Do not use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Do not attempt reverse engineering or unauthorized access to systems.
• Respect recipients’ data privacy and do not use it outside the service.

5. Cash on delivery & financial responsibility

Where cash on delivery (COD) is used, the driver is responsible for amounts collected and their remittance per Good Line procedures, and the merchant is responsible for the accuracy of amounts due. The app does not process in-app electronic payments.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the “Good Line” brand, the apps, and their content are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Service availability

The service is provided “as is.” We may modify, suspend, or perform maintenance without prior notice and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

11. Governing law & contact
