We’re happy to help. When you contact us, please include the following to speed things up:

  • Which app (Customer or Driver).
  • The email registered to your account.
  • Your device model and OS version.
  • A description of the issue and steps to reproduce it (a screenshot helps).

FAQ

  • Forgot password: use “Forgot password” on the login screen, or email support.
  • Can’t sign in: accounts are created by the Good Line team; contact us to verify your account.
  • Camera won’t scan: enable the Camera permission for the app in your phone settings.
  • Delete account: see the Account & Data Deletion page.
